We were broadcasting live from the event and had some good interviews: Mandy who runs the incredible catering course where 2 Industry chefs are part of the lecturing team delivering an all round education where the chefs have to be front of house too. Last week great displays all around the town and it all went with a bang! We had lots happening at the radio and uploading just some of our podcasts so do listen to those click on the yellow radio, these can now be shared too.

Having a studio has resulted in us being able to produce higher quality content no drop outs, mixed levels and all that business! Petroc's old redundant studio has been brought back to life and we would like to thank all those involved at Petroc for allowing us to be there and we will be giving updates about what goes on at Petroc and supporting students. Having a studio has helped us to produce some new shows which have been going out to include 'About Town' a weekly round up (Mondays at 11 a.m with repeats) of events happening in and around Tiverton. So this week we have been chatting to Clare from CAG Devon (Community Action Group) about their events composting and apple day and a chat about the repair cafe where 'if it is broken they can help fix it!' this is held at the Pannier market.

Well, we had a bit of a rest well overdue this August and now the kids are back to school so are we. We have a new home at www.petroc.ac.uk PETROC college and are there to support the students and still carry on with what we are doing and promoting Tiverton and all of its talents. We had a fun time at Electric Nights Sport Theme on Saturday and the sun was out and a great choice of food this week we sampled a BBQ wrap and Curry and Mac with Cheese Wild Piggy lovely garlic, ham and wild mushrooms although all not at the same time followed by cake and cider! Yesterday we had a very busy day as we also set up the PA for two local musicians Ollie Dixon and Rebbecca O'Sullivan. Due to time restraints we were not able to brodcast their talents. However, TCR will be having Acoustic nights to give local musicians a platform and you never know help launch the next big thing!
